You deserve a break! Mom’s Day Off will allow you to add in some “me time” to your busy schedule.
What?
Mom’s Day Off is a program designed especially for parents of children with special needs who live at home ages 5-18. The program includes games, activities, crafts and music. The purpose is to provide a break and support to families and give children the chance to interact, have fun and even learn. We have appropriate safety measures and trained staff to work with your children.
When?
Respite Day is held on select Saturdays from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Watch our Facebook page and/or sign up for our emails to be notified when dates are scheduled.
Where?
Families may bring their children to Henderson Haven at 772 Foxridge Center Drive in Orange Park, FL.
Who?
Mom’s Day Off is staffed by trained, paid workers from Henderson Haven and screened volunteers.
How?
Mom’s Day Off is by reservation only. Families of children with special needs who have siblings may bring all their children to enjoy the day.
How Much?
Pricing will vary depending on the program for that day.
