Free 2 Be Me is an after school opportunity for individuals with developmental disabilities ages 6 through 21. This unique program will focus on age appropriate REAL LIFE skills by creating a team with home and school, working towards goals designed to help the transition into a true self determined life of choice and inclusion.

  • Available on regular school days from 2PM – 6PM
  • Staff to service ratio based on individual need
  • HIPPA approved online documentation system to enable families and teachers to be involved and up to date
